Glitter inc. Party Policies

  • Glitter inc. Party dates fill up fast! To secure your party kindly give a 3 week notice. A party reserved with less than a 10-day notice will incur a service charge based on the party package.

  • Glitter inc. parties are brought to your home or other party location of your choice.

  • Glitter party package prices are for areas within 30 miles (one way) from Clinton, MD. Please be aware that a travel charge of $1.25 per mile will be applied if your party location is beyond 30 miles. Any birthday location over 40 miles will need to be negotiated prior to booking your party. Mileage can be verified using Map Quest.

  • Glitter inc. also offers a "You Host It" option where party items can be purchased or rented from Glitter inc. A fully refundable security deposit is required.

  • For the "You Host It" party option, the minimum number of girls is 6, including the birthday girl. There is a cost for each additional guest. If less than 6 girls attend the party, the cost of the party package will still be the same cost. No exceptions!

  • For You "Host-It" Parties, Once a party date and time has been secured, a 50% deposit must be received within one week. The balance of the party will be due at the time of delivery.

  • The prices for Glitter inc. party packages are for parties of up to 8 girls, including the birthday girl. There is a cost for each additional guest. If less than 8 girls attend the party, the cost of the party package will still be the same cost. No exceptions!

  • Final guest count must be confirmed at least (2) days prior to the date of your party. The party total will be based on this count regardless of absent guests. Should the number of guests exceed this final count, the additional $12 per person will be charged.

  • Once a party date and time has been selected, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your party is due within one week to secure your reservation. We accept checks (made out to Glitter inc.), money orders and cash. Please note that there will be a $25.00 returned check fee charge to you for any check returned from your bank for Non Sufficient Funds.

  • The balance is due the day of your party. The only forms of payment that will be accepted for the balance are money orders, cashier's check (made out to Glitter inc.), or cash.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation once your deposit has been made, we will refund your full deposit, minus the $50.00 cancellation fee up to 15 days before your reserved party date. If cancelled within 14 days of the event, NO refunds can be given, but we will happily work with you to choose an alternative date for your party.

  • Upon inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies, or illness of your party hostesses, your Glitter inc. hostesses will work with you to reschedule your party for the next available convenient date for you and your guests.
